There has been an increase in the spate of workplace accidents in the logistics and transportation industry in 2021, some of which have resulted in fatalities and issuance of stop-work orders for logistics companies. To prevent and/or minimize the occurrence of these unfortunate and avoidable incidents, the Singapore Logistics Association will be organizing a webinar on 27 October 2021 (10am to 11am), with the support of Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC) and industry partners to:

Shed light on the workplace accidents that are prevalent in the Logistics industry.

Share practical safety measures for forklift operations.

Share examples of company-led initiatives to improve overall safety management practices.
