The SLOTS Scheme was launched by SCAL in October 1992 to provide a list of competent subcontractors for the reference of main contractors, consultants and developers. Only SLOTS or BCA registered contractors will be granted work permits for their foreign workers.


How to Become a SLOTS Registered Contractor

New applicants to complete SLOTS application form and FORM A - Endorsement by Main Contractor/ Owner enclosed in the SLOTS application form. 
Applicant must submit two (2) copies of FORM A endorsed by their Main Contractor(s) for two (2) different projects.  Both copies must be endorsed with the company stamp and signed by their Main Contractor(s) to certify that it is an original copy.

Applicant must be fully responsible to collate all documents necessary for application and must be submitted personally at SCAL’s office. We regret to inform that SCAL will not process any applications with incomplete submissions or missing documents.
