SCAL has organised a session with the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP) to provide a comprehensive understanding of the guidelines, including how employees can request and use FWAs, as well as the appropriate ways for employers and supervisors to handle these requests.
In addition, the session will feature a sharing on industry best practices by SCAL member companies. SCAL will also provide updates from its Manpower & Policy Committee which includes Career Conversion Programme (CCP).
