SCAL Young Leaders Programme (YLP)

SCAL champions the Young Leader Programme (YLP) to recognise and develop the next generation of leaders to promote a more inclusive and representative leadership structure.

The SCAL YLP aims to:

build and nurture the next generation of leaders for Singapore’s construction industry tomorrow.
provide a platform for networking among young building professionals who are passionate about the construction industry.
ensure continuity of building and construction industry leaders and professionals
work towards the industry's perception of being Productive, Progressive and Professional

SCAL works with leading industry firms to proactively identify these young talented professionals who have a passion for the construction industry and would like to drive positive construction improvements in the world today and for the generations to come.

Eligibility criteria as follow:

Must be an employee from SCAL member company
Below the age of 40 years old
Must be a construction professional working in Singapore and performing the roles and duties of a project manager, engineer, or equivalent.
Posses good track record with at least 5 years experience in the Built environment and has completed at least 1 construction project.
CPAS accredited professional is a bonus
Received support from company to join the programme
