Infographic on the Upgraded ANZSCEP (Agreement between New Zealand and Singapore on a Closer Economic Partnership)
The Agreement between New Zealand and Singapore on a Closer Economic Partnership (ANZSCEP) was signed on Friday, 17 May 2019 by Minister-in-Charge of Trade Relations S Iswaran and New Zealand’s Minister of State for Trade and Export Growth Hon Damien O’Connor. The upgraded ANZSCEP builds upon the original Agreement by improving the trade rules to bring it in line with newer FTAs to which Singapore and New Zealand are parties. It also includes two new chapters on Regulatory Cooperation and E-Commerce.
