The COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020 offers temporary relief to businesses and individuals who are affected by COVID-19. However, the Act does not provide a permanent solution for the disruptions that they may face. This upcoming webinar looks to discuss how companies may cope with the disruptions that may arise in their projects. The highlights for the webinar includes:

• Presentations on the Mediation and Arbitration processes and their application for COVID-19 related disputes
• A panel discussion on the pros and cons of the COVID-19 Act, and how companies could make use of the Act alongside Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms to cope with COVID-19 disruptions
