About Chia Chor Leong

 Mr Chia Chor Leong, Consultant, Breakpoint LLC

Mr Chia is a lawyer who was called to the Singapore Bar in 1981. During his time in active legal practice, he was a commercial litigator specializing in building and construction law. He now acts primarily as an arbitrator, construction adjudicator and mediator. He is a Principal Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre and a Certified Mediator accredited by the Singapore International Mediation Institute. He is also a Senior Mediator on the panel of the Law Society of Singapore and a member of the Panel of Mediators of the Singapore Construction Mediation Centre.

Mr Chia will be speaking on 8 December, Wednsday on the topic "Why Mediation" from 4.30pm to 5pm.

He is also the consultant for one of the closed door consultation session on 8 December, 5pm to 6pm.
