Presentation synopsis:

The construction industry has made great strides in properly implementing SMM at worksites and keeping the number of COVID-19 cases in the construction sector low. However, we are seeing an increase in local COVID-19 cases alongside emerging threats of new COVID-19 variances. These have emphasised the need for worksites to heighten its vigilance and discipline to maintain the low C+ incidence rate. This presentation aims to help ensure minimal worksite disruption and safeguard our workforce against any COVID-19 outbreak and will cover the good practices and shortcomings found during BCA’s inspections.
