Following Ministry of Manpower (MOM)'s announcement of the introduction of the mandatory new primary care plan (PCP), a new healthcare financing scheme to provide migrant workers with quality, affordable and accessible healthcare will be effective from 1 April 2022.
SCAL will be facilitating a short virtual briefing for members. Details as below:

During the briefing, MOM together with the 4 Anchor Operators including Fullerton Healthcare Group, St Andrew's Mission Hospital, StarMed and SATA will share the onboarding and administrative details.
